Sand Art for Kiesha and Haikal's 2nd Birthday Party

Hey all,

We are thrilled to share our latest party do, for Liana of Seri Kembangan. Which was held sometime in mid-December.

It was a combined birthday party for Liana's daughter and nephew who are both 2 years old. They had a Princess and Mickey themed party and had those characters everywhere to suit the party theme. Even the khemah was decorated in purple and red theme color.

Liana had engaged us for the sand art activities. She ordered 60 cards which were enough for 30 kids. But when the time comes, bukan kids jek yang main sand art. Bapak-bapak and mak-mak pun main sama.

After almost 4 hours of constant standing and bending, we surely had so much fun entertaining the kids at the party. Despite the backache that we had. What with the pregnancy and all. And of course, the birthday girl and boy had special attention amongst them all. Kiesha obviously didn't want to miss the fun and Haikal, just love the sand so much!

But the highlight of them all, was when I had time to chit chat with some of the kids after the party. Asking them what their favorite activities at the party are. They confidently told me, "The sand art!!". And mind you, there were also inflatables, clown and face painting at the party!! Huhu...

Food Bouquets

Thought the blog is rather quiet these days. We have an upcoming event soon on the 18th. So, busy sikit-lah, arranging for that and some other commitments as well.

Anyhow, thought I should share this incredible idea with you guys out there. It is a great way of serving 'real' foods especially at parties. I'd say this is a similar concept to finger food, only better! It makes handling food so much easier especially if you have limited space at parties. And pretty too!

Photography Service

We offer photography services for any size of crowd or event. Our services are available at the following rate:

1. Personal Function

• 1 day = RM250
• 1/2 day = RM150

2. Corporate Function

• 1 day = RM500
• 1/2 day = RM250

Our photography services are only available during weekends and subject to availability. Please book your time early to secure slot.

Sand Art

Sand art is a great activity for any parties. Especially if you are not sure, the age range of your guests. It is suitable for all ages, even the adults!

It can be done both indoor and outdoor. Perfect for any parties to add enjoyment to your guests throughout the party time.

Our sand art booth package is RM350. It comes with the following:

• Minimum 100 cards (enough for 50 kids)
• Choice of 12 colours
• Minimum of 2 hours booth set-up
• With 1-2 staff mending the booth

Balloon Service

1. Loose Balloon - Can be used for chairs/ceilings or corner decorations.

Metallic:
<500 pieces = RM3.30 each >500 pieces = RM3.10 each


Non-Metallic:
<500 pieces = RM3.00 each >500 pieces = RM2.80 each

Foil Balloon: RM10 each

Service charge imposed to tie to chairs/delivery.

2. Balloon Sculpting/Twisting - Activity suitable for babies or kids less than 2 years age.

1 hour service = RM150
2 hour service = RM250

Balloons included.

1. How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We highly recommend you to place an order 3-4 weeks in advance before the birthday to allow ample time for consultation, research and deliveries. Urgent orders will be charged extra RM20.

2. I have 10 kids attending the party. Do you offer party packages?

Yes. All our party packages come in a set of 10, 20 etc.

3. Do you offer personalised party stuff?

Yes. Do email us at thepartystuff@gmail.com for brainstorming and free consultation services. We will try our best to special order to your party requests.

4. How do I order?

Do email us at thepartystuff@gmail.com and wait for a confirmation email. We will request you to provide us with basic information regarding your party. And will carry on from there.

5. Do you offer a delivery service?

Yes we do. Delivery is available at RM1 per kilometer.
