1. How far in advance do I need to place an order?
We highly recommend you to place an order 3-4 weeks in advance before the birthday to allow ample time for consultation, research and deliveries. Urgent orders will be charged extra RM20.
2. I have 10 kids attending the party. Do you offer party packages?
Yes. All our party packages come in a set of 10, 20 etc.
3. Do you offer personalised party stuff?
Yes. Do email us at thepartystuff@gmail.com for brainstorming and free consultation services. We will try our best to special order to your party requests.
4. How do I order?
Do email us at thepartystuff@gmail.com and wait for a confirmation email. We will request you to provide us with basic information regarding your party. And will carry on from there.
5. Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes we do. Delivery is available at RM1 per kilometer.
